Stewards Comments:
RAREST RIVER bounded on jumping and was slow into stride then after going a short distance, bumped with LAVENDER 'N' LACE. REGAL YARN raced fiercely in the early and middle stages, throwing its head on several occasions. DIAMOND BLUE CHIP raced fiercely in the middle stages having to be steadied on several occasions. Passing the 1250m CHOK BOY shifted inwards tightening MISSING PIECE onto JEV ROYAL. Approaching the 200m MATTER OF FACT was impeded for a clear run on the inside of REGIMENTAL ROSE. Trainer advised that on return to the stable, CHOK BOY was found to have sustained lacerations to both hind legs after running.
