Stewards Comments:
MAGIC HEAVEN was unsettled in the barrier prior to the start and bounded in the air when the start was effected, thereby losing ground. After slipping at the start, PRICE CONTROL was tightened when HELLO ANGEL veered outwards. HELLO ANGEL was then inclined to lay out and on straightening, shifted out away from GAMBEI striking the hindquarters of BROCKY'S DREAM. MISS TORPAGO, which was following, eased as a consequence. Jockey advised that HELLO ANGEL tended to race greenly throughout and lay outwards on straightening.
