Stewards Comments:
MY EMPIRE raced in restricted room and crowded over the concluding stages. PRINCE OF VASAC bumped on jumping and got its head in the air. Raced keenly approaching the 1000m. LOYALTY veered inwards on jumping and bumped. KENANAS raced wide throughout. Over-raced in the early and middle stages. GAMROY raced wide from the 700m. METAL POWER buffeted at the start. SPIRITED ROCKET blocked for a clear run for the majority of the straight. HUGO A GOGO over-raced in the early stages getting its head in the air leaving the 1200m. Crowded at the 225m. THE SLAM over-raced in the early and middle stages getting its head in the air. Lay outwards at the turn into the straight. Trainer advised that the gelding would next start in a mid-week race where he would instruct that it lead, to which it will be better suited, in an attempt to improve its racing manner. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have returned with minor lacerations to the off hock and near stifle. TWO FRUITS trainer was advised to restrict the geldings future racing to the Provincial and Country areas until it shows an improvement in its form. Trainer advised that the gelding returned with a laceration to the off hind and would now be sent for a spell.
