Stewards Comments

SMOKE TALK jumped awkwardly striking the inside of the barrier. HARARE LASS shifted out on jumping bumping WILD CHERRY. PANTOUFLE and TUDOR EMILY bumped at the start. PANTOUFLE then raced tight in the early stages between TUDOR EMILY and PRINCE JACAMAR. Passing the winning post the first time, MINNINUP ROAD threw its head when being steadied. SMOKE TALK steadied away from the heels of PANTOUFLE near the 1500m. SMOKE TALK made the turn out of the straight wide. Apprentice Jason Miller reported that HARARE LASS lay outwards throughout. Passing the 950m PANTOUFLE clipped the heels of AUSSIE CONNECTION and dipped. HARARE LASS was bumped by PRINCE JACAMAR near the 800m when that gelding was taken inwards. YASSOU GENNADI steadied out across the heels of MINNINUP ROAD near the 700m. AUSSIE CONNECTION shifted out to obtain a clear run near the 350m and in doung so, bumped CALMAN GEAL out onto SMOKE TALK. CALMAN GEAL then lay inwards for the remainder of the race. MIMPI BLUE returned with a laceration to the near fore heel.
