Stewards Comments

ARCTIC BITE dwelt at the start losing considerable ground. Shortly after the start GILL'S DREAM shifted outwards bumping SURRENDER TO ME with that filly throwing its head. Near the 1200m GILL'S DREAM was tightened when racing to the inside of GWALIA GIRL. REPERTOIRE which was following was restrained. GILL'S DREAM then commenced to race ungenerously. Approaching the 650m ROYAL LACE and UMA PRINCESS bumped. Near the 275m CLASSY ACT shifted outwards bumping ALLUVIUM which had to be steadied from the heels of BALEEN LASS. CLASSY ACT then bumped BALEEN LASS when laying outwards passing the 75m. ARCTIC BITE was held up for a clear run near the 250m and again for a short distance approaching the 100m. GWALIA GIRL was impeded when making ground near the 200m. CLASSIC LADY was unable to obtain a clear run between the 175m and the 125m.
