Stewards Comments

MUEZZIN shifted outwards at the start bumping OUR THOMBOY. IRON STORM threw its head on jumping losing ground. SOUND EFFECT and VIKING ORBITER bumped at the start. OUTER PATCH threw its head in the air at the 1500m. VIKING ORBITER pulled hard throughout. Passing the 500m RUSSIAN CUT lay outwards bumping ALTERNATIVE PACK and became unbalanced. Approaching the 225m SARAB THE ARAB and ALTERNATIVE PACK bumped. SEMPURMA returned having strained its off fore tendon. Trainer stated that SEMPURNA would now be retired. Due to the poor performance of SOUND EFFECT, Trainer was advised that the gelding would not be permitted to start in a race for a period of three weeks.
