Stewards Comments

BUMBELINA threw its head in the air on jumping and again shortly after losing ground. When questioned regarding this, Apprentice M. Ryan believed that BUMBELINA resented the noseband. Trainer Mr. Lindsey Smith advised that he would remove the noseband from BUMBELINA. At the 1100m PLAY DICE and SPUDLEY ( K. Hawkins ) bumped. At the 800m JUST ALERT shied and veered outwards considerably. Trainer Mr. R. Sweetman was advised to rectify this problem. ANOTHER KITE which was following was inconvenienced. SATAN'S HALO raced wide throughout and at the 550m, bumped VICTORY TRUMP. GOLD AURA was held up for a short distance at the 375m. Following the disappointing performance of SATAN'S HALO, Trainer advised that the gelding would now be sent for a spell.
