Stewards Comments

When going onto the track to do its prelininary IRON KING became fractious, dislodging its rider. After galloping a short distance IRON KING was captured and led riderless to the barrier. In view of the behaviour of IRON KING, Trainer was advised that IRON KING would have to trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards before racing again. IRON KING commenced awkwardly losing ground. On jumping PHISTO shifted outwards inconveniencing MISS THUNDERBOLT. BLAZING HONEY commenced awkwardly and raced keenly in the early stages. SOVEREIGN COMMAND commenced to lay outwards from the 550m and made the turn into the straight extremely wide. Trainer was advised that SOVEREIGN COMMAND would have to trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards before racing again. Trainer informed the Stewards that SOVEREIGN COMMAND would now be sent for a spell. At the 500m IRON KING was restrained SOVEREIGN COMMAND lay out. ALPHA BLUE was also inconvenienced and obliged to ride wide. On straightening MISS THUNDERBOLT was held up behind METAL MAIDEN and had difficulty obtaining a clear run from thereon. LUXURY LINER was held up approaching the 200m Passing the 200m COMMUNIQUE shifted inwards causing PHISTO to restrain. At the 175m TRILLEMO lay inwards crowding METAL MAIDEN which then brushed with JUST MULAN which was tiring. Approaching the 200m IRON KING lay outwards carrrying ALPHA BLUE wide on the track. Passing the 200m MAGIC OF DIAMONDS was taken to the outside to obtain clear running. JUST MULAN returned showing signs of mild lameness in both forelegs.
