Stewards Comments

RED ADRAAN hung outwards over the final 500m. Post race veterinary examination of DASHING WARRIOR revealed the gelding had sustained a minor cut to the inside of its mouth. Jockey, when being questioned about the disappointing performance of DASHING WARRIOR, stated that the gelding had never travelled well throughout the race. Trainer stated that he was extremely disappointed with DASHING WARRIOR's performance today and stated that this was the first time that the gelding had raced on the running rail inside of horses and at its previous starts had raced to the outside of other runners.
