Stewards Comments

ALL IRISH threw its head in the air on jumping, losing considerable ground. Trainer and Apprentice were questioned regarding the disappointing performance of ALL IRISH. Apprentice stated that the gelding appeared sore in running and despite his hard riding, the gelding failed to respond. Trainer could offer no explanation. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be slightly distressed and dehydrated. Trainer stated that ALL IRISH would now be sent for a spell.
