Stewards Comments

METAL GLOW commenced awkwardly losing ground. When questioned regarding the performance of the gelding, Jockey explained that in his opinion the gelding had resented the nose band which it was racing in for the first time today. Trainer explained that the gelding was a difficult horse to prepare and it was now his intention to remove the nose band. Trainer was advised that the gelding would have to trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards before racing again. BAY OF MINE was slow to begin. BLETCHLEY'S HERO commenced awkwardly. REAL STORM bumped approaching the 125m. VOLATORE was impeded near the 250m and shortly after this steadied and bumped, bumped approaching the 125m. POLITONIC raced wide throughout, bumped near the 250m.
