Stewards Comments

JUMALLIQUE when questioned regarding the poor performance, apprentice advised that he had been disappointed with the performance as the gelding was under pressure from the 400m. Trainer advised that the gelding had not started for some months however had trialled satisfactorily and was in need of some racing. He also advised that he would assess how the gelding recovered and advise Stewards of any abnormalities. FACE YOUR FEARS raced wide throughout. MERCURY HALO jumped awkwardly, lay inwards near 100m with jockey having to stop riding and steady from heels. CHUCKA KHAN bumped heavily twice at start. DYNAMIC ELITE slow into stride, held up from 300m until 200m and was unable to obtain clear running until 100m. PLEA BARGAIN bumped heavily twice at start.
