Stewards Comments

OUR BLITZ raced keenly early stages and steadied near 600m. TRILLEMO buffeted heavily and checked near 100m. MARCHARK held up on straightening. PERFECT OUTLOOK lay inwards in the straight. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have returned lame in near fore. Trainer was advised that the gelding would require Veterinary Certificate of Soundness before racing or trialling again. BALI KARI blocked from turn into straight until approaching 150m having to be restrained near 175m, bumped at 100m. GRAND BAY fractious in barrier, reared at start losing ground and took no part in the race. LUXURY LINER blocked between 400m and 275m. PARIS RAIDER blundered badly on jumping. THE WESTERN DYNAMO inconvenienced near 100m. OCEANIC STAR buffeted heavily and restrained near 100m. ROYAL RESORT impeded on straightening, bumped and carried outwards near 100m. DIESEL GLOW raced fiercely early and middle stages. WHISPER QUIET raced wide throughout.
