Stewards Comments

CELEBRITY LINE slow into stride. WOTWEONIT raced wide throughout, lay inwards in the straight. BRISONIC carried outwards over final 100m. SAY MIO steadied from heels at 375m. ULTIMUS lay outwards under pressure in the straight. When questioned regarding the reason for leading compared to racing in a rearward position at its previous starts, rider stated that it was his intention to have the gelding ridden forward and with the extra distance and slower pace, he was able to obtain the lead without riding hard in the early stages. He further stated that the gelding was better suited to this style of racing and would be ridden in this manner where possible. FIRST REGAL slow into stride, raced wide throughout. KAJAL raced wide throughout. RED DIRT GIRL slow into stride.
