Stewards Comments

REGAL RAIDER raced wide throughout. AMBA ALE gollowing its poor performance, Trainer advised that he would have the gelding undergo an endoscopic examination and report the findings to the Stewards. Returned having cast its off hind plate during running. SIESTA BAY proved difficult to load delaying the start of this race. Trainer was advised to take steps to rectify the gelding's barrier manners. TIP THE TILL raced wide throughout. Bumped on several occasions between the 550m and the 500m becoming unbalanced. WILLIAM'S STEAL when questioned regarding the gelding racing back in the field, rider advised that it had been unsettled in the barriers and had not commenced well and lacked pace in the early stages. BALTIC BOY bumped on several occasions between the 550m and the 500m becoming unbalanced. GOLD SERVICE kicked during the preliminary and was subsequently examined by the Club's Veterinary Officer and passed fit to start. GREENSTONE BOY impeded and obliged to shift outwards to obtain clear running at the 225m.
