KINKY MISS steadied passing the 200m. DON'T SAY A WORD trainer reported when arriving oncourse the mare had sprung its off hind plate. Attempts to refit this plate were unsuccessful due to the mare being fractious. Subsequently its off hind plate was removed and the mare raced bare behind. PRINCE FIREBOLT after being loaded into the barrier, the horse became fractious kicking out behind and became cast and suffered lacerations to its near hind leg. Following a veterinary examination the horse was withdrawn at 5.38p.m. All bets on PRINCE FIREBOLT were refunded. DRIFTING BY raced wide throughout. VIKING LASS over-raced in the early stages. the early stages.
