JUST LOOKING bumped at the start. STORMY KINGDOM lay outwards considerably over the final 250m. Rider was told to make a more positive attempt to keep his mounts straight when riding them out in future. BAR RUNNER slow into stride. Crowded and eased near the 1000m. Held up from the 275m to the 150m. AMBA ALE blocked between the 400m and the 200m. CAPTAIN WOODROW crowded and bumped near the 1000m. When questioned regarding performance, Rider advised that he had recommended to the gelding's trainer that blinkers be added to its gear for future starts. He further stated that the gelding had not handled today's wet track conditions. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. ALPINE LAD had a tendency to lay outwards in the early and middle stages. CHUCKA KHAN bumped at the start. Carried inwards near the 1050m. Returned with a laceration to the off hock. FLEETING ANGEL raced wide throughout. JUNGLE TOY restrained when tightened near the 1000m. Impeded for a clear run between the 400m and the 300m. Inconvenienced over the final 50m. WEBB ELLIS bumped at the start.
