Stewards Comments

RE ENFORCING slow into stride. Bumped approaching the 125m. COALSEAM commenced awkwardly. Crowded and steadied passing the 350m. LORD LONSDALE steadied approaching the 1600m and raced ungenerously for a short distance. ANTICO MIO threw its head in air passing the 1600m. BASTO MAN raced wide throughout. HI ON LOVE raced keenly when being steadied approaching the 1600m. KIM JOY steadied at the 450m and was then held up and was further impeded for clear running until passing the 200m. MR DIAGNOSIS over-raced in the early and middle stages. Rider explained that the gelding had failed to settle throughout running when another runner to its outside had challenged it in the early stages of the race and was under pressure from the 600m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. POLISH REIGN slow into stride. Held up on straightening and bumped approaching the 125m.
