Stewards Comments

CLUNKY HERO raced keenly in the early stages. DARK THOR a post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be lame in the off fore leg. Trainer was advised that the gelding would require a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness before racing or trialling again. SLIP STORM rider reported that the gelding had a tendency to lay outwards from the 800m. Rider was warned against the practice of using his whip when his mounts are out of contention. SOLWAY LASS momentarily impeded near the 300m.
