ACE IN FLIGHT slow into stride. Pulled hard in the early and middle stages. Raced wide on straightening and lay inwards under pressure in the straight. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Returned having cast its off hind plate during running. GRAND CIRCUIT steadied outwards passing the 850m. Held up for clear running from the 500m until passing the 200m. INTELLIGENT MISS rider reported that the mare raced greenly in the middle stages. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the mare to have sustained a laceration to the outside of the near hind hoof. MORTVALE LASS over-raced in the early and middle stages. FITTINGLY commenced to race ungenerously passing the 1100m and continued to do so until approaching the 850m when the filly blundered after clipping heels. Continued to race ungenerously until passing the 300m. Trainer indicated that it was his intention to remove the blinkers from the filly for future racing. Trainer was advised that the filly would have to trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards before racing again. JOEY JO JO raced keenly in the early and middle stages. TEEPEE TANGO raced wide throughout.
