Stewards Comments

EBONY STORM lay outwards over the final 200m. MATADOR raced wide throughout. CRISTOBAL lay inwards shortly after straightening with the rider having to use the whip in his left hand. LIZARDIS when questioned as to why the gelding had settled further back in the field as compared to its most recent starts, rider advised that due to the fast early pace he elected to steady the gelding and allow it to race off the pace.
