Stewards Comments

ALL HOURS raced greenly when placed under pressure in the straight. GOLD COASTER raced greenly in the early stages. LAND SPEED DANCER slow into stride. Hung outwards in running and as a result raced erratically throughout. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be sore in the hindquarters and to have returned with an elevated heart rate. Trainer was advised that the gelding would require a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness prior to trialling and would have to trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards before racing again. OAKHILL JOE over-raced in the early and middle stages. KARLADANE impeded for clear running from on straightening until approaching the 250m. OBTRUSIVE steadied passing the 850m and then raced keenly for some distance. ROOM TO ROAM steadied passing the 850m when racing keenly.
