Stewards Comments

CARBINEER raced tightly with another runner when rider attempted to improve its position where there was insufficient room near the 650m. DASH INCREDIBLE raced wide from the 700m. When questioned regarding the disappointing performance, Trainer advised that in his opinion the gelding was unsuited by racing twice in a seven day period and he would consult with connections with a view to sending it for a spell and would advise Stewards accordingly. NO WHITE FLAG rider reported that the gelding was fractious in the barriers prior to the start and that it had commenced awkwardly and due to the lack of early pace he took the gelding outwards from the 1800m to allow it to stride forward. ON THE DOUBLE raced tightly and bumped near the 650m. Carried outwards on straightening.
