Stewards Comments

SEAFARING LAD gelding bit its tongue during the preliminary and on arrival at the barriers was examined by the Club's Veterinary Officer and passed fit to start. ARLO lay outwards in the straight. STAR OF HILL knuckled at the start and bumped heavily. POWER GAZE slow into stride. ELEGANT JET bumped heavily shortly after the start. STAR VEGA slow into stride. Due to the poor performance, Trainer advised that the mare would now be sent for a lengthy spell.
