Stewards Comments

BASTO MAN buffeted shortly after the start. LAMBTON CASTLE slow to begin. Raced wide from the 600m. ROYAL COBRA when tiring, steadied at the 250m. RED MONARCH buffeted shortly after the start. POSEIDON'S SECRET raced wide throughout. DR BELLA buffeted shortly after the start. Lay inwards and bumped approaching the 200m. STARSEEKER shifted outwards and bumped approaching the 200m. Post race the gelding was found to have a condylar fracture of the off hind cannon bone and was subsequently euthanased.
