Stewards Comments

DVORYAN lay inwards passing the 100m. GIHO held up for clear running from the 400m until the 200m. DAVE'S DILEMMA slow to begin. Returned having cast its off hind plate during running. FRIAR ALARM raced wide throughout. In regards to the disappointing performance, rider explained that the filly was forced to race in a three wide position without cover and due to the circumstances of the race had not been suited by racing more forward than at its previous starts and was subsequently under pressure from the 600m.
