Stewards Comments

CAMPBELLS CHARIOT steadied from heels near the 400m. HAGELIN raced wide throughout. Mis-strode near the 150m with its rider easing the gelding down over the final stages. When questioned regarding her easing the gelding down, Apprentice advised that after the gelding mis- strode, she was of the opinion that it felt awkward in its action and that it may have sustained an injury. A post-race veterinary examination found nothing amiss. Trainer advised he would monitor the gelding on return to the stables and advise the Stewards of any abnormalities. FUHRBALL dipped on jumping. WESTERN CROWN bounded on jumping.
