Stewards Comments

ROCKY KWILA rider reported that the gelding felt uncomfortable in its action. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. WILD WILD WEST pulled hard in the early and middle stages. Lay inwards over the concluding stages. Rider reported that the gelding may have got its tongue over the bit during running. Trainer stated it was now his intention to experiment with a tongue-tie in an attempt to rectify this problem. SIR TEE JAY lay outwards on straightening and then commenced to lay inwards over the concluding stages.
