Stewards Comments

DRAGON EXPRESS jumped awkwardly and passing the 1000m was crowded and steadied then pulled hard to the 700m placing its rider in some difficulty. Veered inwards at the 275m when struck with the whip and held up over the final 100m. Trainer was advised that he must engage the services of a senior rider for the gelding's future racing. CARIBBEAN LADY slow into stride. Checked at the 1050m and lost considerable ground. BINJI raced wide throughout. WEE CHANCE raced erratically in the early and middle stages. Passing the 1050m veered inwards abruptly and then continued to race ungenerously for some distance. Trainer was advised that the mare would have to trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards before racing again and she must continue to engage a senior rider for its future racing.
