Stewards Comments

NEED LUCK got down in its barrier prior to the start and after undergoing a Veterinary examination was passed fit to start. Due to this incident and the colt requiring resaddling, the start of this race was subsequently delayed. Impeded for a short distance near the 100m. NARANA lay inwards over the final 300m. ROYAL MOUNT lay inwards over the final 600m with the rider using the whip in his left hand. Trainer was advised to continue to engage a senior rider for the filly's future racing. Trainer advised that he would race the filly in blinkers in an attempt to have it race more tractably.
