Stewards Comments

SPECIAL EFFECT blundered at the start. SPECKING mis-strode at the 900m. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have ruptured its near fore suspensory ligament. Trainer was advised that the gelding would require a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness prior to trialling and would have to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards before racing again. BOHEMIAN DREAMS bounded at the start. HUIA JADE bounded at the start and raced greenly throughout. LUISAS LOVE lay outwards throughout with the rider having to change the whip to his left hand at the 400m.
