Stewards Comments

DAN FALBRAV carried inwards at the start and raced in restricted room and bumped. Raced wide throughout and bumped approaching the 200m. On return to the enclosure the colt was found to be making a respiratory noise and after undergoing a Veterinary examination was found to have no abnormalities. Trainer advised that she would place a tongue tie on the colt for future racing. GOONEE restrained passing the 1000m and raced wide thereafter. MR SCHUMACHER carried inwards shortly after the start and bumped and was held tight for some distance. NOCLUEBLUE bumped with another runner approaching the 200m. OVER THE NOVA restrained and shifted outwards bumping another runner passing the 1000m. SUPERIOR SPEED commenced awkwardly with the rider becoming unbalanced. Lay outwards in the straight. Rider dropped his whip at the 300m. D'LIGHT FANTASTIC slipped at the start. Pulled hard in the early and middle stages. HASTE bumped and carried outwards passing the 1000m. Flicked over the nose by the whip of another rider near the 400m and was then crowded and steadied shortly after. MISSUPTOWN raced keenly and brushed the running rail passing the 1000m. Trainer advised that the filly would now be retired. SENORA steadied and shifted outwards passing the 1000m.
