Stewards Comments

GREY MONARCH bumped shortly after the start. DIAMOND HIGHWAY raced wide throughout. Bumped near the 250m. HIDE THE LOOT over-raced in the early and middle stages. GAMROY bumped near the 250m. CLASSIC LAD commenced awkwardly getting its head in the air. Over-raced in the early and middle stages. When questioned regarding his riding of the gelding in the straight, the rider explained that shortly after straightening the gelding did not accelerate when urged forward and became unbalanced for several strides. He then elected to ride hands and heels until inside the 100m where the gelding then responded and finished the race off well. OSMAK bumped shortly after the start.
