Stewards Comments

TROPICAL SKY over-raced in the early and middle stages and threw its head on a number of occasions. Bumped on straightening and on two occasions passing the 250m. TROPICAL TIME near the 900m steadied when racing keenly. Bumped outwards on straightening and was crowded and steadied at the 225m. CYCLOS raced wide throughout. Lay inwards passing the 275m and bumped. WING STAR held up for clear running on straightening and shifted outwards and bumped. Lay outwards over the final 250m. Rider was shown a film of his riding in the straight and was reprimanded for allowing his mount to shift ground and was strongly advised that he must make a greater effort to keep his mounts straight when they commence to shift ground in future. DESIGNER DIVA broke through the barriers prior to the start and was quickly restrained taking its place in the field. EL SERENATA raced wide on straightening. THAT'S WHY slow into stride.
