Stewards Comments

SIR ONAN raced wide leaving the straight on the first occasion. Crowded and held tight passing the 200m. DOONE'S BOY raced keenly in the early and middle stages. Raced wide throughout thereafter. GUNRUNNER rider sought and was granted permission to ride the gelding one kilogram over its declared weight. Bumped at the start. I'M A ROCKER steadied at the 1000m. Held up for clear running for the majority of the straight. Returned with a minor laceration to the off hind. JUST SUPREME bumped at the start. MAJESTIC RANGE lay outwards on straightening and then shifted inwards marginally when under pressure. WE GOTTA GO underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to start.
