Stewards Comments

LAURIES DREAM fractious in the barriers prior to the start. Slow to begin. Lay inwards in the straight. DISRUPT returned having cast its off fore plate. JULZRULZ lay inwards in the straight. HARAANI SON fractious in the barriers prior to the start. Commenced awkwardly. BUDDY MARVELLOUS crowded and steadied leaving the 100m. CAN'TSEEME rider reported that the gelding was uncompetitive from approximately the 1000m. A post race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have returned with an elevated heart rate and it was slow to recover. Trainer will have blood tests taken and advise Stewards of any abnormalities. Trainer was advised that the gelding would have to trial to the satisfaction of the Stewards before racing again.
