Stewards Comments

STAR RISCA Held up for clear running for the majority of the straight. CLASSY NUGGET Raced keenly in the early and middle stages. Lay outwards from the 800m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed that the gelding had returned with an elevated heart rate. Trainer will be contacted to discuss the gelding's recovery and his future intentions. GREY MONARCH Held up for clear running from on straightening until passing the 300m. MYTHICAL MAN Raced wide throughout. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding had returned with an elevated heart rate. Trainer advised that she would monitor the gelding's recovery on returning to the stable and advise the Stewards of any abnormalities.
