Stewards Comments

ELUSIVE ONE Leaving the 1350m the gelding attempted to buck for some distance until finding its stride near the 1250m. Trainer was advised to take corrective measures in regards to the gelding's racing manners and undertook to give it a jump out prior to next weeks meeting at Leonora. He further undertook to engage the same senior rider for its next start. DANGER MAN Returned with a minor laceration to the off fore. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have returned with an elevated heart rate. Trainer was advised that the gelding would require a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness prior to racing or trialling again. BALTIC SEA Raced wide from the 600m.
