Stewards Comments

CHANGING LANES Steadied near the 1200m. BROOKESMEBABY Raced wide from the 500m. THE CORPORATION Commenced to over-race approaching the 1200m and checked and then shifted outwards quickly and thereafter continued to race ungenerously and was constantly steadied. In regards to the unplaced performance, Trainer advised that the gelding was ridden on the pace today where it then commenced to race ungenerously from shortly after the start and then failed to settle during running. In light of the gelding's racing manner, Trainer advised that he would instruct for it to be ridden back in the field where it is able to settle in an attempt to improve its performance and he undertook to monitor the gelding's recovery and advise Stewards accordingly. Returned with a minor laceration to the near hock and the off hind fetlock. KENILE Steadied approaching the 1200m. Restrained and taken outwards at the 1000m and then raced wide thereafter. ON THE WARPATH Taken outwards passing the 150m to obtain clear running.
