Stewards Comments

PUMPHOUSE PETE Raced wide from the 600m and lay inwards in the straight. SILVER BLAZE Returned having quartered its off fore heel. HERENCIA Lay inwards in the straight. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer undertook to monitor the gelding's recovery and advise Stewards accordingly. ETERNITY LAINE Raced keenly in the middle stages and wide throughout. NEW STEEL The start of this race was delayed slightly when the gelding required its near hind plate to be refitted and as this was unable to be completed in a timely manner the gelding consequently raced bare on this foot. Blocked for clear running throughout the straight. TOSS'N'SPIN Raced wide throughout and lay outwards in the straight. MADAM TEMPETE Steadied from heels on straightening and taken inwards for a clear run leaving the 300m and lay outwards thereafter. TROUBLED WATERS Bumped at the 100m. SEMIRAMUS Crowded for room at the 200m and bumped at the 100m.
