Stewards Comments

ONE COOL QUEEN When questioned regarding the disappointing performance, rider advised that when the pace quickened from the 600m the mare was unable to accelerate and failed to run on thereafter. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer advised that the mare would now be sent for a spell. REVISITED Held up from on straightening until near the 250m. SHAMMA MAN Knuckled on jumping. Lay outwards when making the corner at the 400m. THE PUDGE Raced wide from the 600m. When questioned regarding the unplaced performance, Trainer advised that the gelding would now be sent for a spell. TOPI Unable to obtain clear running over the final 175m.
