Stewards Comments

DOYOUDARE Raced wide from the 600m. Bumped at the 400m. MEGA STEEL Raced keenly in the early stages. Rider reported that his saddle had shifted at the 1400m and had corrected itself shortly after placing himself at no significant disadvantage during running. MONEY EXCHANGE Suffered a suspected fracture to the near fore fetlock. The gelding was subsequently transported from the course for veterinary assessment. CORPORATE SAM Bumped and unbalanced at the 400m. MANILA I SCREAM Bumped and unbalanced between runners near the 400m when attempting to improve into the race. Taken outwards across heels to obtain clear running on straightening. Lay inwards under pressure in the straight. NIGHT AT THE OPERA Rider dropped his near side rein rounding the home turn and was unable to regain it until near the 100m. RICH SUCCESS Upon arrival on course, Trainer advised that the gelding had been bitten by insects overnight and a subsequent Veterinary examination revealed it to be fit to race.
