Stewards Comments

PRIVATE DANCE Held up on straightening and when shifting outwards to obtain clear running bumped with another runner. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the filly to be lame in the near fore. Trainer was advised that the filly would require a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness prior to racing or trialling again. LADY LADETTE Raced wide throughout. TUDOR ROYAL Carried outwards and bumped on straightening. Raced ungenerously in the early stages. FOUR TUNES When questioned regarding the disappointing performance, rider advised that the filly had raced in a flat manner. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer advised that she would have blood samples taken from the filly and advise Stewards of the results. MEGG'S CURRENCY Raced keenly in the early and middle stages Lay inwards approaching the 200m and was held up behind a tiring runner approaching the 50m before being taken outwards. RISE MY BABY Raced keenly in the early stages. THE THIRTEENTH Jumped awkwardly.
