Stewards Comments

INVADING Raced wide throughout. Lay inwards in the straight and consequently was steadied from heels near the 200m and got its head in the air and lost momentum. STANTON WARRIOR Had a tendency to lay inwards in the straight. DOMERIN A post race Veterinary examination of the gelding which tired over the final 200m revealed no abnormalities. DANZMAIT Veered outwards at the start and bumped. Over-raced in the early and middle stages LOOPY LOO Held up for clear running between the 400m and the 200m. Held tight and momentarily impeded near the 100m. JESSANDDAH MISS Jumped awkwardly and lost ground. ALDENTAE GIRL Bumped shortly after the start. Rider advised the filly was showing signs of heat stress following the race. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer advised that it was now her intention to trial the filly prior to starting it in a race again. ARCTIC OCEAN Raced keenly in the early stages and as a result was steadied from heels near the 900m. Raced wide on straightening. SMITHERINGALE Bounded on jumping and was then squeezed, losing ground. Steadied from heels near the 150m.
