Stewards Comments

I'M HERE TO WIN Trainer advised that the mare would now be sent for a spell. MABEL GRACE Bumped shortly after the start. Taken outwards near the 150 to obtain clear running. SCENIC FAIR Rider reported that the mare hung outwards throughout. Trainer advised that the mare is better suited when able to improve to the outside of the field and he advised that it would now spell. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. PILLOW TIME Raced wide throughout. Lay inwards in the straight. AWAY YE GO Bumped shortly after the start. Impeded for clear running passing the 200m. NEW IMAGE Raced wide from the 600m. TIMELY QUEEN Lay outwards in the straight. Rider advised that the mare raced fiercely when leading and consequently established a considerable margin on the remainder of the field through the middle stages. Trainer advised that he would start the mare over a lesser distance at its next start to which he believes it will be better suited.
