Stewards Comments

EL TEGRA Slow into stride. A post race veterinary examination of the gelding revealed no abnormalities. Trainer advised he would monitor the gelding's recovery over the ensuing days and advise Stewards of any abnormalities. Trainer was of the opinion the blinkers may not have suited the gelding which was wearing them for the first time today and sought and was granted permission to remove the this piece of gear for its future race starts. ELUSIVE SALLY Lay inwards near the 300m. GROSVENOR TSAR Fractious in the barriers prior to the start. SEPARE LEVENT Raced wide throughout. AKNIGHTUS Lay inwards in the straight.
