HIBERNIAN Raced wide from the 800m. Rider advised that the gelding raced in a dour manner today and did not quicken as expected when asked for an effort in the early stages of the straight. Trainer advised that he was of the opinion that the gelding was not suited to the moderate pace of the race in the early stages and it would now be sent for a spell. OFFER ME JEWELS Raced wide on straightening and was impeded for clear running from the 350m until the 275m. MODERN ART Raced wide from the 600m. REDONDO BEACH Raced keenly in the early stages. Raced wide from the 800m. BOLITAR Dipped on jumping. JACKAROO Impeded passing the 200m and bumped when shifting inwards to obtain a clear run.
