CARPE DIEM A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have strained its near fore flexor tendon. Trainer gelding's recovery and advise Stewards accordingly. Trainer was advised that the gelding would require a Veterinary Certificate of Soundness prior to racing or trialling again Trainer later advised that it was his intention to have the gelding undergo scans and following this he would give consideration to its immediate future. SPIRITED ROCKET Raced wide throughout. STAR CREST Shifted outwards at the 200m. Rider was warned and advised to take more care in future when shifting ground. DINGLISH Rider was shown a section of the film at the 1100m and advised to shown more care when crossing other runners in future. DONTLOITERMOSOYTER Steadied at the 1100m and again at the 200m. CATCH A DREAM Was angled inwards at the 250m to obtain clear running. YOAKAM Jumped awkwardly and lost considerable ground. Raced wide throughout. Rider reported that the gelding had resented the kickback in the early and middle stages until he obtained clear running on the outside of the field in the straight.
