Stewards Comments

NELLIE GOT THERE Raced keenly in the middle stages. Raced wide throughout. Returned having cast its off hind plate. REBEL FURY Commenced awkwardly and then bumped. Held up from the 400m until approaching the 200m. FREETIME Commenced to hang outwards passing the 800m and raced extremely wide at the turn into the straight with the saddle slipping sideways placing its rider at a disadvantage. A post race veterinary examination of the gelding revealed no abnormalities. Trainer was advised that the gelding must trial to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to racing again. Trainer advised that he would experiment with varying gear changes in an effort to rectify the gelding's racing manners. GINSBERG Crowded shortly after the start. MILITARY SECRET Raced wide in the early stages.
