Stewards Comments

REBEL CALL Raced wide throughout. 250m. A post race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have returned with an abnormal respiratory noise. have the gelding undergo a thorough endoscopic examination and report the findings to the Stewards and his future intentions. KING SAUL Raced wide on straightening. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Following the race rider expressed disappointment in the performance in that his mount had not responded as anticipated when ridden along from the 600m and had only finished the race off in a moderate fashion and he was of the opinion that it may benefit from the addition of blinkers. Trainer advised he would now consider placing blinkers on the gelding for future starts. TAX A MILLION Lay outwards from the 600m. SHINING KNIGHT Angled outwards at the 250m to obtain clear running. MR PINK Raced wide from the 500m.
